Ehmar Ethnic Kitchen was created to address the Health struggles and pains caused by the proliferation of Poisonous food in Urban and Rural areas especially in today’s fast paced environment to people feeding on street and mass produced foods.
The advent of current technological advancement, with it’s influence on everything we do, affecting all facets of life, Western civilization and emerging economies are now facing backlash from the very agents that brought progress and prosperity. People are faced with the threat of Diseases like Obesity, Diabetes, Cancer to name but a few, and all the Medical advancement, Advocacy groups, access to various Recipes, Professional and Private Chefs, Nutritionists and Food bloggers have failed to make meaningful dent in treating Food related issues.
There is only one historical fact that has endured the test of time, that has been proved over and over to withstand these food induced problems.
Ethnic Groups from Europe, Asia, Africa and South America have been able to avoid or significantly reduce Diabetes, Obesity, High Blood pressure and some types of cancer because of the way they prepare their meals and the local ingredients they use. Those ingredients and the method of applying them to family meals were passed down from their Ancestors dating back to Thousands of Years..
Those special ingredients are neither known or available to school trained Chefs nor are they available on any School training manuals, Recipes or Books.
